COLLABORATIONS
SOYA eyewear is pleased to announce a collaboration with Icelandic based artist and perfumer Andrea Maack for spring 2019. Andrea Maack has been a beloved SOYA supporter since it´s launch, an artist and perfumer by trade, also known for her intercontinental fashion influence, @andreamaack joins SOYA for a special sunglasses collaboration. Inspired by the Andrea Maack universe and her native Iceland, Matteo Pontello of SOYA has designed a brand-new model that clearly mirrors her Nordic roots and signature style. Maack has been recognised for her personal style and connection to fashion and gathered a large following on social media, where she documents her universe mixing high-end fashion with extreme landscapes.
COMMISSIONS
Simply titled ANDREA MAACK X ENTRANCE this unisex fragrance has a magnetic noir resonance and a timeless appeal. When working on this commission Maack looked at the embodiment of ENTRANCE’s growth and evolution, and the ambivalent mixture of emotions which comes with it — the passion, the struggle, the nostalgia, the joy, the past, the future. She also looked at the curated selection of luxury international brands the boutique offers such as Rick Owens, Junya Watanabe and Palm Angels to name a few and imagined the loyal ENTRANCE customer wearing a 360 look, from fashion to scent and the overall architectural unique feel of the space itself that´s become iconic to Entrance over these 10 years.
